Running live trips end to end: permits, handling, fuel and crew logistics. Dispatch licence or equivalent operational experience preferred; the ability to stay calm at 03:00 is non-negotiable.
Permits Officer

Filing and chasing overflight and landing permits across the Gulf, Africa and Asia. Suits someone who enjoys knowing which authority responds to a phone call and which needs a formal letter.
Ground Operations Supervisor

On the ramp, owning turnarounds. Airside experience, a valid airside driving permit and the authority to make decisions in the moment.
