1. Data we collect
From website forms: your name, company, email address, telephone number and the trip details you choose to send us.
In the course of providing services: crew and passenger names, passport and visa details, dates of birth and nationalities where an authority, airport or handling agent requires them for permits, immigration or security clearance.
Technical data: standard server logs and, where you consent, analytics data about how the site is used.
2. Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and quote for the services you have asked about; to arrange and deliver those services; to comply with permit, customs, immigration, security and sanctions requirements; to invoice and collect payment; and to keep records required by law.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use passenger or crew data for marketing.
3. Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to deliver the service you have requested: civil aviation authorities, airports, handling agents, fuel suppliers, caterers, hotels, transport providers, and immigration or customs authorities.
We also use service providers who process data on our behalf, including our email delivery provider and our hosting and database providers. They act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
4. International transfers
Delivering a trip necessarily involves transferring data to the countries the aircraft operates to and over. Where we transfer data outside the United Arab Emirates we do so only as required to deliver the service or to comply with a legal obligation.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become trips are retained for up to 24 months. Trip and financial records are retained for the period required by applicable tax, aviation and commercial law, and then deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we have no ongoing lawful reason to keep it, and object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise any of these rights, write to occ@g-fs.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request.
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit, access controls and restricted internal access to passenger information.
8. Contact
