Terms of Service

These terms govern the supply of flight support services by Aviation Services 24 ("AS24", "we", "us"), a trading name of Global Flight Support, registered at Office 220, Business Park 1, Abu Dhabi Airport Free Zone, Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By requesting services from us you accept these terms.

1. Our role

We arrange, coordinate and supervise ground services, permits, fuel, flight planning and associated logistics on your behalf. Where a third party performs the underlying service — a handling agent, fuel supplier, caterer, hotel or transport operator — we contract with them as your agent unless we have expressly agreed in writing to supply the service as principal.

Nothing in these terms makes us the operator of any aircraft. Operational control, airworthiness, crewing and regulatory compliance for the flight remain entirely with you.

2. Quotations and estimates

Quotations are based on the information you provide and on third-party pricing available at the time of quoting. Where a figure is described as an estimate it is not a fixed price. Changes to routing, timing, aircraft, passenger numbers or service scope may change the price.

Third-party charges outside our control — including fuel price movements, airport and navigation charges, taxes, duties and de-icing — are passed through at cost.

3. Permits and regulatory approvals

We will apply for permits and approvals with reasonable skill and care and will keep you informed of progress. We do not control the decisions or timescales of any civil aviation authority, airport or government body, and we cannot guarantee that any permit, slot or approval will be granted, or granted within a stated period.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all documentation you supply. Delays or refusals arising from inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date documentation are not our responsibility.

4. Your obligations

You must provide accurate and timely flight, aircraft, crew and passenger information, maintain valid insurance appropriate to the operation, and notify us promptly of any change to the trip.

You warrant that the flight, its passengers, its cargo and its purpose are lawful and do not breach any applicable sanctions or export control regime.

5. Payment and credit

Unless a credit facility has been agreed in writing, payment is required in advance of service delivery. Where credit is extended, invoices are payable on the agreed terms and we may suspend services on any account that is overdue.

Credit limits and terms are set at our discretion following assessment and may be varied or withdrawn on notice.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel a request at any time. You remain liable for third-party costs already committed on your behalf, together with any cancellation charges imposed by those third parties, and for our reasonable administrative costs.

7. Liability

We are liable for our own negligence in arranging and supervising services. Where a third party performs the underlying service, our liability is limited to using reasonable care in selecting and instructing that party and to assisting you in pursuing a claim against them.

Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any trip shall not exceed the fees we charged for our services on that trip.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of contract, loss of charter revenue, or costs arising from delay, diversion or cancellation.

8. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, airspace or airport closure, industrial action, civil unrest, war, sanctions, epidemic, failure of utilities or communications, or the act or omission of any government or authority.

9. Confidentiality

We treat trip details, passenger information and commercial terms as confidential and disclose them only to the third parties necessary to deliver the service, or where required by law or by a competent authority.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Abu Dhabi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
