Flight Riding & Ramp Supervision

Someone from our team physically alongside the operation when the stakes justify it.

Reporting
Live, then written

For complex movements — a head-of-state visit, a first trip to a difficult station, a high-value or sensitive payload — a phone call is not enough. A flight rider travels with the operation or meets it at the station, holds the ramp, resolves problems on the spot and reports back in real time.

What is included

  • Dedicated flight rider assigned to the movement
  • On-site supervision from arrival preparation to departure
  • Escort through check-in, immigration, boarding and deplaning
  • Real-time reporting to the operator throughout
  • Language support and local authority liaison
  • Problem resolution on the ramp, with authority to commit
  • Multi-sector accompaniment for complex itineraries
  • First-visit reconnaissance at unfamiliar or difficult stations

How it runs

  1. 1

    Movement assessed

We look at the station, the passengers and the risk, and tell you honestly whether a rider is warranted.

  2. 2

    Rider assigned

A named individual with the right language and local knowledge is allocated and briefed.

  3. 3

    On station

The rider is in place before the aircraft, has walked the route and confirmed every service.

  4. 4

    Reported

Live updates during the movement and a written debrief afterwards, including what to do differently next time.
